J.B. Handley, a graduate of the esteemed Stanford University, successful investor, and father of three has one son with nonverbal autism who is now a young adult.

In his book, How to End the Autism Epidemic, Handley—as well as many other parents (such as this one, this one, this one, this one and this one)—describes how they saw first-hand how their sons became autistic after being vaccinated at each “well baby” visit.

Soundly Dismissed

At the same time, the link between vaccines and autism has been debunked by the CDC and vaccine manufacturers. They’re adamant that vaccines are both “safe and effective” and that the belief that vaccines might cause autism, or any other health issue is nothing more than a “conspiracy theory.”

Blanket dismissal of anything is usually nonsensical. Many excellent books have been written about why this is so. If you are unfamiliar with questioning vaccine safety, here are a few key points.

  • Every vaccine has a different safety and efficacy profile. It would be just as inaccurate to say that “vaccines are safe and effective” as it would be to say: “Gas works and all gas works for every car.” Then, when a car that takes diesel starts stuttering on unleaded fuel, you blame everything but the gasoline.
  • The CDC continues to add vaccines to the schedule without removing any.  Even though each vaccine may be harmless (see #1), administering too many vaccines to a child at one time can be dangerous.
  • Autism is likely multifactorial. There are several probable environmental toxins that cause autism. At the same time, there are now hundreds of studies now demonstrate that children who are not vaccinated or receive fewer vaccines or none at all are at a lower risk for developing various health problems, such as autism, encephalitis, infant mortality, and chronic illnesses like asthma and central nervous system demyelinating syndromes, and chronic arthritis.

Not a Conspiracy Theory
Despite the pseudo-science funded by pharmaceutical companies would have you believe otherwise, but over-vaccination is likely a causative factor, if not the only cause, for the rise of autism in America.

The government has been aware of this issue for some time, but they have chosen to keep this information from the public. In the 1970s, autism rates were only 1 in 10,000 cases. Today, new research shows that the rate of autism is as high as 1 in 30. No matter how you slice it or dice it, the data does not show that “better diagnosis,” “increased awareness,” “bad genes,” or “bad luck” can explain away the difference between 1 in 10,000 and 1 in 30.

The uncomfortable truth that people who care more about their egos and profits than they do children’s health, willfully or naively ignore ignore is that it is probable that most cases of severe autism could have been prevented in the first place.

Indeed, there are definitely safe and effective ways to help prevent your child from being exposed to toxicant induced brain and immunological damage.

There are also safe and effective ways to recover your child from environmentally induced autism.

Some Backstory

The late 1990s saw the United States Food and Drug Administration start to measure how much mercury was being injected into infants via childhood vaccines.

They added mercury, in the form of thimerosal, to vaccines back then as a preservative. But, in the United States, vaccines are approved individually per vaccine instead of as a whole. Therefore, no government agency has ever considered or looked into how much mercury exposure American babies endure from all the different vaccines they receive.

The ensuing math was deeply troubling. Government officials discovered that the amount of mercury in a child’s system greatly surpassed what is considered safe. In David Kirby’s 2005 bestseller, Evidence of Harm: Mercury in Vaccines and the Autism Epidemic: A Medical Controversy, he details how many parents believed that their children who had autism were displaying symptoms of mercury poisoning.

To see if the mercury in vaccines harmed children’s brains, the CDC asked Thomas Verstraeten, M.D., to compare health outcomes between those who got high doses early and those who didn’t get any mercury at all.

Verstraeten discovered that there was a strong relationship between large doses of mercury and conditions like autism, ADHD, tics, and speech disorders. The next month, he redid the numbers and discovered an even higher correlation for autism. In fact, those who had high early exposure to autism were more than 11 times as likely to develop it too.

The first people to do these calculations nicknamed them “Generation Zero,” and they worked for SafeMinds, a non-profit organization that’s trying to end the autism epidemic by supporting environmental research and effective treatments. Sallie Bernard and Lyn Redwood, a nurse married to a medical doctor co-founded SafeMinds. They obtained the following information from a Freedom of Information Act request.

The CDC’s first reaction to this information was trying to make it disappear. Then, in June of 2000, when they were unable to make a decision, they held a meeting at the Simpsonwood Retreat Center in Norcross, Georgia. They only invited vaccine manufacturers to this private meeting.

SafeMinds not only received minutes from the meeting in their FOIA request, but they also obtained a transcript.

A boy named Kreed, who has autism, suffers from rages, uncontrollable seizures, and extreme pain. His parents say that taking medical marijuana helps. You can learn more about him via Kreed’s World on YouTube.

Nothing To Worry About, Nothing At All

Even though one doctor refused to inject his new grandson with thimerosal-containing vaccines, the Simpsonwood participants still found a way to convince themselves there wasn’t any cause for alarm.

In actuality, they were more worried about the potential damage to the childhood vaccine program that this information could cause, instead of the physical harm that these vaccines are inflicting on children’s developing brains and bodies. So they decided not to share the alarming findings with the public, presumably because they had clear consciences.

Verstraeten manipulated the numbers a few more times. After three years of trying to downplay the meeting at Simpsonwood, he finally managed to make the negative connection between mercury-containing vaccines and tics go away. Ultimately, the neutral study found no consistent findings and was published in 2003 by Pediatrics, a peer-reviewed journal. The research was inconclusive, and the study authors could not state definitively whether thimerosal in vaccines caused brain damage.

The data was so inconclusive and the water so muddy, in fact, that all the scientists concluded was: “For resolving the conflicting findings, studies with uniform neurodevelopmental assessments of children with a range of cumulative thimerosal exposures are needed.”

However, that is not how the press reported it. In actuality, Verstraeten’s supposed neutral study was touted as “proof” that vaccines didn’t cause autism; even though the honest staff at CDC knew otherwise.

Though they never publicly announced a relationship between thimerosal and brain damage, vaccine manufacturers have phased out mercury in their vaccines.

Even though only a few brands of vaccines now use mercury as an ingredient, we still face the problem of environmentally-induced autism.

Our public health officials are choosing toIgnore the dangers of long-term exposure to harmful vaccine ingredients.

Many individuals knowledgeable about aluminum- a neurotoxin often used as an adjuvant in childhood vaccines- believe that it is also causing brain damage and immunological harm to today’s children.

Dr. Christopher Exley is an expert in this area, and he found high levels of aluminum in the brain tissue of autistic subjects in a 2017 study. Although the sample size for this study was small, the findings were noteworthy. The researchers theorized that aluminum from a vaccine injection site could penetrate the blood-brain barrier and enter brain tissue through inflammatory cells.

However, public health officials seemed neither interested nor concerned by these findings. As anticipated, the reaction has been to dismiss concerns and label aluminum-adjuvant containing vaccines as “safe.” However, Exley’s research on aluminum in vaccines has had negative consequences for his career. Initially, Keele University refrained from announcing his work to the public via press release. Then, they silenced him and ended his research by refusing to allow him any outside funding, shuttering down his website, and firing him from his job.

  1. A powerful share, I just given this onto a colleague who was doing a bit evaluation on this. And he in truth bought me breakfast because I discovered it for him.. smile. So let me reword that: Thnx for the deal with! However yeah Thnkx for spending the time to debate this, I really feel strongly about it and love reading more on this topic. If doable, as you become experience, would you mind updating your weblog with extra details? It’s highly useful for me. Large thumb up for this weblog submit!
